Studying at night
Some students find this as the more effective time to study with high concentration because of the fewer distractions and peace all around. Some are more creative at night. And some studies show that you have better retention and are extremely productive if you study just before going to bed. But that doesn’t mean that you can compromise on sleep. Studying in the morning works best for some when they are refreshed after a good night’s sleep and the brain is eager to take up new information. Natural light tends to bring more energy to them. For some this time works best for creativity and learning. Most students have to catch up with their friends or have to hang out with the family in the evening, so studying first thing in the morning makes you better concentrate and take up information.
